1 – Initial State, discovering customer needs.

Active listening is a fundamental tool in the initial phase. This phase is about knowing and understanding the core of the business in order to meet the technological requirements and thus help the client innovate, transform its business model, change the organizational culture, align the business with data, and much more.

It is important to understand the core of the business in order to add value. To do this, we need to measure the digital maturity of the business and identify the improvement vectors needed to innovate.

2 – Preparation of the plan, identifying areas for improvement.

In this phase, the Lean method is applied, which divides the work into the following phases,

• Initial state – What is.
• Future state – What if.
• Prototyping – What wows.
• Action plan – What works.

The outcome of the phase ends with the identification of improvement areas and the digital strategy.

3 – Future status, presentation of improvement areas.

We present the vectors for improvements to be developed. We will use prototyping to arrive at a Minimum Viable Product. In this phase, the client’s feedback is essential to define a digital strategic plan that accompanies its business model and, above all, the digital vision, always imagining the future as a team.

4 – A single team, agreement on the action plan.

One pillar of our strategy is to establish measurable metrics to ensure effective tracking and support for plan implementation. We act as if we were part of the client’s organization, managing the project and making technological decisions for the client’s benefit.
